First things first: do NOT turn off your computer! If your computer is already off, or has been restarted since you lost the file, leave the computer as it is, and give us a call for further instruction. A great number of factors play into our ability to retrieve lost or deleted resources, and we MAY be able to retrieve it for you depending on these factors. |

Our in-home installation experts have more experience and know-how than any of the chain-store "Nerd Squads" that over-charge and under-deliver to their customers. We can recommend and/or provide the networking hardware, including hubs, routers, switches, and cabling necessary to complete a home or small-business network. Further, we can often be on-site on the same day of your call! |
How much do you charge for your repair/networking/installation services?
Like almost all services-related business, we charge for both our time (labor), and for the parts and equipment that we provide (if any). Our in-home professional service calls start at $75.00 per hour, with a minimum service charge of $75.00. In other words, if you call us to your location, we will charge you at least $75.00 for the call. |
Do you offer on-location services to my city/town?
We offer our in-home or in-office repair, networking, and consulting services to the Greater-Manchester, New Hampshire area and the outlying surrounding communities. While that is our stated area of service, we often make exceptions for our customers. In the past, we've serviced the following areas: Amherst, Atkinson, Concord, Danville, Derry, Dunbarton, Goffstown, Hampstead, Hookset, Hudson, Londonderry, Manchester, Merrimack, Milford, Nashua, Plaistow, Salem, and Windham. To be sure, please give us a call, toll-free to find out if we can make a service call to your area. Depending on your location and our current scheduling, we may be able to make an exception, just for you - our valued customer! |
What types of payment options do you accept?
While on-site, we can accept checks, cash, and money orders. For those customers who wish to use a credit card to satisfy payment, our service professionals will ask you to pay online either before, or after service has been rendered. Payment is expected at the time we complete our service, unless prior-arrangements have been made. |
